Food is excellent. The people are extremely nice and courteous. I have no idea what other reviewers are talking about. I have had food delivered and picked up. Delivery on weekends is sometimes slow, but this is a family owned business and the owners deliver. I have ordered some things I did not care for, but every restaurant has things they do better than others. In my book they are great and food is affordable and good.

I've ordered here twice. Absolutely terrible service both times. First time I ordered chow mein and moo shu. After waiting over an hour, I was greeted with rude delivery man. The food was aggressively mediocre. They packed tortilla shells as pancakes for the moo shu. Not a great meal. Tried ordering one more time, and ended up waiting two hours. I called looking for my order, and was hardly apologized to. The delivery woman seemed to think it was my fault for not planning better when I asked about it. The tofu sesame and lo mein was okay. Mediocre food and terrible service? Never again.

I've been here a couple times did not care for chicken fingers I found them too much feeling not enough chicken spring rolls are very small for the price the usual I get is a fried chicken wings some of the best I've had in a long time for a Chinese restaurant so I guess it's hit or miss at this place

Truthfully some of the rudest people I have ever interacted with. They made a mistake with my order and accused me of making a mistake? Not completely sure as their English is completely indecipherable. I will never buy food from here again and wouldn't recommend it. Save yourself the hassle and get Chinese anywhere else in Burlington.

I ordered delivery through Eat Street, you can also order through here. It took an hour for the food to come and it was soggy, smelly, and seemed microwaved to be honest. I don't wanna throw this place under the bus entirely, so their flavor was pretty good.

DONT KNOW WHATS HAPPENED BUT THIS PLACE HAS GONE DONE HILL IN THE LAST TWO MONTHS. IT NOW SUCKS. WENT FROM AAA TO FFF ...We have been ordering from here for years however the last few times the food just has not been up to what we've grown to expect and tonight we ordered beef with green beans and mushrooms with Ginger and the beef was hard and dry, and the sauce was mostly oil, and when my husband handed me the plate he made for me I asked why it was so oily and he said that's the way it came, I tried to eat some but it was gross, we called I explained why I was calling and they where rude, after the first person was rude to me a second got on the phone, by the time I was done talking to him and had made arrangements for it to be picked up so we could get a credit, my son and husband had scrapped theirs down the garbage disposal, when the girl, a third person arrived to pick the food up she was nasty rude, she said What's wrong with it you ate half, my husband tried to explain where the rest went she said to bad its half gone no refund. Well it wasn't eaten it was thrown out, and after this being the third time of ither cold or just not edible food its the last. WHAT A SHAME WE WENT FROM A 5 STAR REVIEW TO 1

I have been here twice. The first time it was OK. Mediocre food, reasonable price, ridiculously long wait. The second time I went, it was the worst service I've ever received in my life. When I initially placed my order (2 entrees, 2 appetizers) I was told it would be around 10 minutes. About 15 minutes later, I heard them shouting the item I had ordered. Nope, it wasn't ready, they didn't have it available. Disappointed, I decided to get something else, but they weren't happy to refund me the difference. After a few more minutes, I decided that the substitution wasn't going to fill my craving for Chinese food, and I should just go somewhere else (like I would have right away if they had told me that they didn't currently have what I wanted.) I told them that I no longer wanted my entree, and they told me that it would be ready soon. I asked for my money back, which again, they had a problem with. I'm still not sure if I got it back - all charges are still listed as pending on my statement. By this point, the other couple waiting for takeout was also getting frustrated. They restaurant did not seem understaffed, and they were totally incapable of serving their four customers, but much more concerned with answering calls for delivery (and then yelling over the phone?) Long story short, I just asked for all my money back because by this point I feared for the quality of the two appetizers and the other entree. But this whole process took more than 45 minutes, which is so unreasonable. Do yourself a favor and skip this one and go to China Express 2 instead. We were served by a reasonable person, it took 11 minutes, and the food was good. And cheaper.

Ugh! Came in for take out. The two young me. Working the counter made the experience very awkward. One of them was screaming at someone on the phone. The other one couldn't answer questions on the menu. Then another employee came in from delivery and started yelling too. The chicken with broccoli was awful, chicken should not resemble mashed potatoes. The cold sesame noodles were flavorless. Skip it.

This is not a good place to eat. I order the sweet sour pork combo, and the pork got more batter than pork. The fried chicken was even fried. the pork fried rice didn't even have pork in it. worst 15 bucks I ever spent. China Express 2 is better.

The Kung Pao Chicken is excellent and the portions are huge. Reliable and consistent, this is my go-to place for Chinese takeout.

Every once in a while, I have a craving for cheap, greasy, Chinese food. Lee's doesn't have the best Chinese food (or even good for that matter), but it fulfills that need. Their prices are relatively cheap and they pile on enough food to last you two meals. Their lunch combos particular stands out as great bangs for your buck, but their dinner combos are good deals too. The best thing on their menu that I tried thus far has been the hot and sour soup. It delivers on both flavor and consistency. For dinner, I ordered the Szechuan beef with crab rangoon and pork fried rice. The beef was an utter failure since it lacked any spiciness whatsoever. Instead, it had sweet overtures, which is quite perplexing considering its supposed to be Szechuan in style. The annoying thing was that the entire box was drenched in the sweet sauce. Both the fried rice and crab rangoon were fine and typical of the food I expected from a place like this. It was also confusing to see bean curd served as a fried dish. It's supposed to be sliced thin and sauteed, leaving it with a slightly salty taste. Clearly there are many shortcomings of eating here, but you still leave feeling satisfied that you didn't pay too much for such greasiness.

Good pork fried rice, but their "sweet and sour chicken" was pretty disappointing. All they did was give me chicken fingers with sweet and sour dipping sauce. It wasn't a big deal, I still ate it but just not what I expected.

I don't like to do negative reviews but every time I've eaten from this one location, I haven't felt well. Their food is tasty & is reasonably priced. Their delivery service is slow. It makes my tummy hurt. I've tried them a couple of times but I usually regret it.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
